Pre ivf with pcos

Hi everyone. I am very new to all this. I was diagnosed with pcos 14 years ago but only recently wanting to start a family. My bmi is currently 40. It needs to be below 30 and my first appointment for ivf is in 7 weeks! Anyone got any good advice or tips to get 3 stone off in this time??? I am desperate!!!

Hi Moozie83, I totally sympathise. My consultant wont even discuss the details of IVF with me until my BMI is under 30 so I started the CD today. Watch this space and good luck!
