I'm so proud I did 1 hour on the treadmill and a bit on the bike and burnt 710 calories !!!! How long should you stretch to make sure your not incredibly saw the next day?!
 
A good 10 mins afterwards. A shower straight away helps too. Well done you!! Xx

Hi there, really impressive workout. To avoid soreness after training you can use these tips:
First, you should drink enough water during the workout. Then take a shower as soon as possible. If there is many muscle you thing my suffer from soreness the next day you should have cold and hot water alternately on it a few times. It will help blood to circle in these area and the muscle will get more oxygen what helps. Before you go to sleep you should eat some protein, like a glass of milk or two bananas. Some people say it`s good to drink a bottle of beer but I wouldn`t advice it ;).

Bananas -> Proteins? Hmmm... Anyway Anna cool tips!! And me too would recommend beer after it, really!! BTW... 10 to 15 minutes for stretching are more than enough as you are doing it properly. Just remember than you need to stretch the muscle for at least 40 to 60 second for exercise or it will means nothing. Plus if you have the capability, consider going anaerobic with your workout, because if you do you can burn "fat" much quicker in a fraction of the time. Good luck Miss ;)
 
Get some salt in your body after & make sure you warm down, when you hit the end, aim for a 5 min slow down.
