6 Week Challenge
I currently weigh 18 and a half stone, I am hoping to shed 2-3 stone in 6 weeks for when I start University. New clothes, new confidence, new me and new friends.
Not sure if 3 stone is viable in 6 weeks but I am going to try!
The plan is to go to the gym 4 days a week minimum to do one hour of cardio.
I'm also going to eat healthy and drink plenty of water.

Good luck, I'll join you. I'm starting SW on Monday and planning on the gym 4 times a week as well (well 3 times plus spinning) I'm 16 stone 12 lb at the moment so want to lose as much as possible :)
