    Hi i am in desperate need of motivation. I have been postponing since jan and i dont want to anymore. Time is passing and my weight should be lowering, but it's increasing instead. I gave my self a target where 2014 would be the last of me oversized. I need to get down to 72kg first then i will see if anymore needs to go. Last time i checked i was 97kg i will weight myself in lb in the morning and post it. But 20lb sounds good to me as a start. I will do dukan it has worked for me in the past...good luck to us

    Day 4 on attack... Today i cant stop eating!!! Hope its just pms. I cant give up i wont give up. I am 4lb down.

    I am also on day 4, but I have the opposite problem! Haven't had a single calorie today, no appetite at all! Oops. Walked past the bakery and the smell made me wanna throw up!

    I am going to have my bar now, double cheesy pasta a bit later followed by a shake before bed. I only had 3 packs yesterday too, so god know what my body is running on.
