    Red face Doing slimming world not a member though!

    Hi,

    i have got the SW books and I'm starting tomorrow to do the diet at home myself, is anyone in the same position, if so any help and advice would be great. Any buddies too would be nice. Will power needed lots of.

    I tried to follow the diet by myself but found having the discipline going to get weighed really helped. Good luck on your journey.
    Tackling the problem 1lb at a time... Every bit off is a step in the right direction!

    Targets:
    get under 15 st - done
    get under 14 st - done
    Next target = Get to 13st 8.5lbs - SW 10% target (2.5lbs to go)

    I'm doing Slimming World from home too and plan to use the forums on here for support.
    If you scroll down to the Slimming World Sub Forum on this site then there is lots of Slimming World specific information, recipes, syn values and challenges etc.

    As I weigh in on a Friday, I've subscribed to a Friday weigh in thread. Maybe there is one for the day you weigh in on too. I like to think of it as an online group, knowing I will be posting on there weekly makes me feel accountable each week.

    Why don't you try tracking food diary and weight loss with an app such as myfitnesspal? Thats quite good.

    • Lose 6 inches from hips (Currently 42 inches - 19/07/14)
    • Lose 4 inches from waist (Currently 32 inches - 19/07/14)
    • Lose 4 inches from bust line (Currently 38 inches - 19/07/14)
    • Do Pilates and jogging 5 times a week
