    Excersise

    Hi Everyone.

    I have recently started excersising along with my healthy food, but i canot seem to lose weight. Ive been stuck at 12st 10lb for 4 weeks now and 2 weeks i have been running everyday and sweat really bad.

    Is this because muscle weighs more than fat?

    Why else would i be at a stand still?

    I'm doing Slimming world and i have lost 1st 8lbs so far since Febuary. And i dont fulfill my whole 15 syns everyday either, because i am very motivated and focussed on losing weight.
    Does anyone have any useful tips for me to try please?

    Is this because muscle weighs more than fat?

    To start with muscle does not weigh more than fat.Muscle just takes up less room.
    Been maintaining under 9 stone on a Primal diet since Oct 2012.
    Commitment and hard work gets you there.
    You can 'diet' and still have a life if you really,really want to.

    Your weight is not going up for no reason. It's going up because you consume more than you burn.

    Learn to say 'NO' as Xmas is getting closer.
