    Excersise

    Hi Everyone.

    I have recently started excersising along with my healthy food, but i canot seem to lose weight. Ive been stuck at 12st 10lb for 4 weeks now and 2 weeks i have been running everyday and sweat really bad.

    Is this because muscle weighs more than fat?

    Why else would i be at a stand still?

    I'm doing Slimming world and i have lost 1st 8lbs so far since Febuary. And i dont fulfill my whole 15 syns everyday either, because i am very motivated and focussed on losing weight.
    Does anyone have any useful tips for me to try please?

    To start with muscle does not weigh more than fat.Muscle just takes up less room.
    If you want it enough you won't keep finding excuses to not do it.

    Paleo since Apr 2012 9st 9lbs got to 8st 7lbs October 2012 and with focus,exercise and motivation have stayed below 9st since.
    Hard work and dedication pays off.No time for excuses if you really want to loss the weight.
    I can now enjoy special occasions without having to worry about what the scales will say after.
