    Has anyone tried the 10 day soup diet challange?

    So today iv started the 10 day soup diet, omg I made my own vegetable soup and it was beautiful!! Looking forward to the next 9 days, making and trying all different soups..

    i bought a soup maker, used it twice and then didnt use it again - but i really want to start the soup thing again when the weather gets a bit cooler - i really enjoyed the soups i made and you have inspired me to give it another go xxx

    Eating Soup is a really good way of losing weight, especially veg soup or broth. The high water content acts as a appetite suppressant and the veg are low in calories and that obviously acts as a weight loss aid.

    However if you are getting a bit bored of liquid why not try making some oven cooked veg crisps, they give you something to crunch on and yet are still low in calories.
