    CHALLENGE: Prove calorie theory

    My challenge is based on refuting this article:

    The Calorie Theory - prove it or lose it

    Minigoal 1 Get under 25 stone ~ HIT!

    Minigoal 2 Get into the 23 stone bracket
    Minigoal 3 Reach 330lb = 10% of body weight lost
    Minigoal 4 Get into the 22 stone bracket
    Minigoal 5 Reach 299lb = in the 200s
    Minigoal 6 Get into the 21 stone bracket
    Minigoal 7 Reach 19 stone 13... so I am no longer in the "20 stone plus" range
