    Help

    Hi guys, not been on here for ages. Over the past 15 months I have managed to lose 11 stone , currently 12st 8 and would like 1 more off. Problem is my weight has been static the past 4 weeks and I need some tips. I stick to around 1300 cals a day and up until July I was exercising all the time, unfortunately doing a 10k I managed to break my ankle, and still not healed. Keeping up swimming as I'm in a boot I can remove and walking as much as I can, how else can I get things moving again? Thanks

    Hi Bex. Sorry to hear about the ankle. Swimming seems the best option at the moment doesn't it? As a nurse (very old and out of date) and as someones who once broke an ankle I know how frustrating it can be. At least with swimming you are not putting any weight on it.

    Are you strenght training? I would either add strength training or cut your calories...maybe 1100 during the week, and still 1300 on the weekends, until you're ankle is healed and you can get back to cardio. Hope it heals fast! You are so close to goal, I can imagine that's pretty frustrating. Hugs!
