Hi guys, not been on here for ages. Over the past 15 months I have managed to lose 11 stone , currently 12st 8 and would like 1 more off. Problem is my weight has been static the past 4 weeks and I need some tips. I stick to around 1300 cals a day and up until July I was exercising all the time, unfortunately doing a 10k I managed to break my ankle, and still not healed. Keeping up swimming as I'm in a boot I can remove and walking as much as I can, how else can I get things moving again? Thanks
 
I thinks daily jogging is best way to overcome your weight and problem,.And little bit warm up exercise is also a good thing to lose weight and make body stamina,.

???? She has a broken ankle.
