I was wondering if anyone had switched from exante TS to slimming world. I am wondering if anyone gained weight doing so. I have lost weight on exante but ive a young family and find exante too difficult to stick to 100%. Can you switch immediately or do you have to do it gradually? Any advice or comments would be welcome. Thanks xx
