Advice needed?

Hi,

I've just started doing the Focus T-25 workout a week ago, before this my diet has been dreadful, i was eating once a day and not even hitting the 800 calories a day mark, i just don't get hungry - so i appeared never to have gained or lost a single lb! - maybe fluctuating the odd few pounds here and there.

I've just changed my diet & im now eating 3 meals a day, consuming roughly 1300 calories per day, and despite 6 - 25 minute exercises 5 days a week (Friday's are double days), my weight seems to have gone up 3lbs!. Could this be because of exercise, or my body thinking i'm going to be practically starving it again? I'm trying to get down to a health weight of around 110-115lbs, i'm currently 155lbs.

Any tips, advice?
