okay how many people just count syns weekly instead of daily. i have a serious problem with high syns and my craving for bad stuff the vending machine at work the cookie in the petrol station the ability to eat a whole box of chocolates. I have salad for lunch i stray back to the vending machine so this is my syn page every day i will be back just to pop a number down.

so on wednesday i had 13.5 syns cos i had a treat after my hour zumba very chuffed but thursday i had 12 so i may have a cider on staturday as a reward if i can have i have 7 syns saved i will as my cider is 15.5 syns i love it though
