Rep Power: 0 ![]() | IN NEED OF ADVICE I feel like I’ve spent my whole life ALMOST in shape, ALMOST healthy, but haven’t quite been able to get to that place where I’m really psyched about my body. I’ve tried every diet and workout routine…anyone else have anything else I might try? |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Yes i have seen this before with customers (im a personal trainer). The problem IS that you are trying all the ''diets'', and that you are doing all the ''Workout routines''... Can you see the problem yet?? Ok here it is... the problem with a diet is.. that it starts.. and then it finishes... the problem with a workout routine.. is that it too.. starts and finishes. Imagine a diet book that says... ''Get slim for the rest of your life starting now''... that doesnt happen, they all say, ''get slim in two weeks'' or ''get slim in a month'' ect ect.. Its the same with workout routines. What YOU need is a WAY OF LIFE... you must CHANGE your eating habits, permanently... and dont to anymore workout routines... just do REGULAR EXCERSISE.. The constant 'DIET' which i prefer to call a ''Way of life'' along with regular excersise, will help you become howevor slim you are comfortable with.. I would love to help more with this, but i need more details about what stuff youve tried, or more importantly, what your doing at the moment. Have you ever heard of HIIT? |
