Rep Power: 0 ![]() | No, please dont do that. Its both unhealthy, and does NOT burn more fat. You need energy, energy comes from food. Im not saying workout after a big meal.. but definately have sum breakfast, and wait an hour or so before starting anything. (cardio, HIIT, Workout ect). Either you can take my word for it lol, or if you want more details behind the reasoning then just reply back, ill be glad to help. I can also tell u what foods are good in the morning, as well as what excersises. I hope i can help. |

My Mood: Rep Power: 0 ![]() Diet: Basic diet and exercise | I agree with drummer...you need to fuel your body...just like a car need gas to run, your body needs food to run. Try having something light like whole wheat toast with peanut butter...and make sure you are drinking atleast 10, 8 ounce glasses of water per day...it hydrates your muscles as well as the rest of you. |
