Hi, I am getting married in just over a year. I have already lost 42lbs on SF (put 2lb on recently).

I want to be about 10 stone 7lb by the time I get married (I am currently 10 stone 13lbs) so I would like to maintain my weigh at the moment but realistically would like to lose six pounds by the time I get married. Can I still join?

Hi girlies seeing as we're updating, I guess I should look at how much I have lost so far on CD since I started this whole dieting malarky. We'll say I started at around 16st last Feb, and at my last weigh in which was Thursday I can reveal that I have now lost a total of 47lbs!! And I am now looking at getting to 10st so I have 37 to go... I WILL DO IT!
