    i got it to 20.375 seconds!
    Started CD on 23/06/08
    1st week -
    2nd week -
    3rd week -


    Goal 1 - 2 get 2 14st (lose 14lbs)
    Goal 2 - Lose 10% of body weight (Lose 7lbs)
    Goal 3 - get down to 12st (lose 21lbs)
    Goal4 - Get down to 10st 10lbs by 14th August (lose 16lbs)
