Maybe losing a toe nail was worth it???

Just popping on to say hello!!

Sorry not around much...seem to have let lots slip in the past few months...it's my head....but thats a different story!! lol

Anyone remember me mentioning I got bitten by a dog at work last year? And losing my toe nail.

Well I put a claim in against work and I'm happy today as I got a cheque through the post for £1250.
That'll make my holiday in a few weeks a bit easier!!!

    Other news:
I got myself a lovely new car last week.

A gorgeous Peugeot 307 in black....Just got to sell my astra now and pay off my overdraft!!!

Glad you got that sorted. I would leave it alone at work - don't want to bring up any bad feelings...

Yes think I will keep quiet.
They'll know anyway I should imagine they had a board meeting monday and cheque arrived from insurers tuesday.

Looking at my toe now you'd never have known it had happened

And thank god the dog hasn't been seen since!!!

    absolutly!!!!

He'd bitten before and would have done again unless I'd claimed from them.

Told them at the time I was making a claim to make a point about the dog being there rather than the money, and I still say that.

But the money's nice too of course lol
