    My perfect man ... hmmm. Well it's hubby of course - but me perfect FANTASY man would slot into the categories below ...

    * Be taller than me
    But with me being 5' 1" that probably counts in most of the male population of the UK!

    * Hair, or the lack of it, isn't an issue.
    But if he's thinning then it has to be 'Bruce Willis' style

    * Have nice teeth
    Wonky, missing or grimy tombstones don't rock my world I'm afraid!

    * Eat with his mouth closed.
    Eating habits that mimic a cement mixer are a major turn off!

    * Be a good listener.
    And by that I mean he listens and doesn't just 'hear'.

    * Doesn't like football.
    I don't like to be made redundant for half the year.

    Come to think of it ... hubby DOES fit all those categories
    Starting weight - 20th Oct 2011 17st 11lb

    WK1 - 28th Oct - 17st 1lb (-10lb)
    WK2 - 4th Nov - 16st 13lb (-2lb)
    WK3 - 11th Nov - 16st 10lb (-3lb)
    WK4 - 18th Nov -16st 8lb (-2lb)
    Total for 4 weeks = 17lb

    WK5 - 25th Nov - 16st 8lb (STS)
    9th Dec - 16st 3lb (-5lb)





    GOALS (for now)
    Lose 1st stone
    Get down into the 16s
    To get into the 15s
    Lose 10% of starting body weight (25lb)
    To lose 2nd stone
    To zip up waterproof jacket (bought in a charity shop on purpose with a 4" gap at the front)
    To get into a size 18
    To lose 3rd stone
    To have a BMI lower than 35
    To lose 4th stone
