Thread: Who's Got Their Christmas Tree Up?

So, that's it really, has anyone done theirs? I'll be first to confess.....

My name is Carol and I'm putting my tree up TODAY!

Phew! It felt good to get that off my chest!

Nope not yet!!! Only gets covered in dust, leaving it as late as I can get away with. Bah Humbug!!! lol

Lol Maggie! I'm gonna have to let Amy 'help' decorate the tree I s'pose - and then re-arrange everything when she's in bed like I did last year lol!

My tree has been up 2 weeks today.......we were gonna put up our lights on the front of the house so as it was raining the boys did the tree.

Aww lovely Sonkie! I keep promising myself I'll get lights for outside every year, still haven't managed it as there's no-one to put them up for me I do put lights inside in all the front windows though to try and make up for it lol!

i am about to go off minis and put my christmas tree up now, i havent got any children but im a big kid and really get excited so my husband has said he will go into the loft and get it down and we can do it today yippeeeeeee!

Well folks, my tree is up and though I say so myself, it looks mighty fine! Now, where did I put those extension leads......?

I REFUSE to put mine up until at least next weekend, at the earliest lol

Although I will be checking out the local shop this week for some lights n things for my windows

I hope to go home in 2 weeks and help my boyfriend put his tree up, and decorate his place

I was driving home from work last night and there were a few houses with lights all over the outsides of them, but they're the ones that collect for charity every year. Must admit I do love all that though lol! I've always wanted to go to America just to see how everyone decorates their houses!

I used to love helping my mum to do all her decs, all over the living room ceiling as well as the tree. She still does it just for the grandchildren lol!

Aww Curvy, you should get one of those small ready decorated ones from Woolies or Argos just for your room.

I have promised the kiddos I will do a tree this year

Will put it up Christmas Eve (if time) and take it down Boxing Day before it gets grubby.

Nothing worse than having to take all those pine needles off to wash and sticking them all back on again with superglue. Takes and age don't you find?
