Short term goals for August
1. To listen to my pods daily.
2. To make sure that I don't lie on the couch all the time and get some exercise in by walking or whatever at least 5 days out of 7.
3. To think consciously about everything I put in my mouth and no more than 2 days off plan this month. (one day off plan gone...)

Started this weight loss journey on 3/2/12 at 19 stone 10 lbs by my holiday on 21/9/12 I had lost 5 stone 6 lbs and was 14 stone 4lbs.
When I came back from holiday I just didn't seem to be able to get back into it and then came Christmas. Since Christmas I have attempted to get back on it so many times and it never lasts more than a week so I have been losing and putting on the same 1/2 stone since Christmas until the last 2 weeks where I have put on another 10lbs .
I have now hit 18 stone 1 lb this morning 12/4/13 and although I'm still not quite back where I started I'm not far off so I am about to start afresh and try again
