    Start Date: August 2012
    Start Weight: 14st4.5lb

    Current BMI: 24.5
    Goal BMI: 23.2

    Weekend Dangers

    The weekend is my Danger zone ,When im home with the kids and bored.Normally i plan for it by getting loads of exercise in and sticking to the plan all week so i can relax a little at the weekend and still manage a loss.Does the weekend Help of Hinder your efforts?

    sometimes it can hinder me as i think im have worked all week so im going to relax so i have to make sure i push myself and plan in advance the meals we plan its just the exercise lol lol

    Yes i find it difficult to get myself motivated to exercise LOL especially if i have slept late.

    LOL me to .Im a morning person so exercise then if i sleep late i just cant get motivated to move at all.

    well i got to laugh over laid this morning had a good sleep though just had my dinner now going out for a long walk had to push myself with being sunday lol lol but im getting there lol x x
