    Hi everyone! We're half way through the week already. What is everyone doing today?

    It's Rushfit Day for me and to up things a little I'll be wearing 8oz gloves for that.

    I had museli for breakfast. Am having my coffee in just a moment. Lunch is a mixed salad with mushrooms, radish and olives. Dinner is a half portion of Sainsbury's chicken curry.
