TGIF - Friday Morning Check In Thread
Hey all. How are you? Hope we have all done something good this week to remember it by.
This week I have helped 2 people with their work situations, I have set a 28 day training plan for myself, just to name 2.
The yoga class did not happen as I was really, honestly exhausted yesterday evening. It's a minor set back but it can be overcome by a more intense session today.
This Saturday is scheduled to be a rest day then Sunday is weigh-in & measurements.
This morning I had a "fried" egg and 2 slices of bacon for breakfast. Is it still "frying" if no oil has been added to the frying pan???
If you haven't already tried them - give those "hard anodised" cookware a go. They seem more non stick than teflon coated ones!
