    Dieting Disasters

Dont think one meal out will ruin the diet
Is a bottle of wine at the weekend really going to blow it ?
Surely a bar of chocolate now and again wont pile on the pounds
A takeaway just on busy days wont do any harm
Suddenly having the taste of a bit of cheese is ok
Tasting everything when you are cooking and serving up, has to be done
Eating the kids left overs ? those bits wont make me fat
Regularly doing all of these spells disaster

I Dont want it all -I just want enough
