8th Oct
On the first week of weigh in my conscience said to me. I don’t want to be a Fat Turkey

15th Oct
On the second week of weigh in my scales showed to me I lost 4 pounds after a pee

22nd Oct
On the third week of weigh in I cheated on CD. 2 rum and cokes..4lbs off but I still feel like a fat turkey

29th Oct
On the fourth week of weigh in, you will have to excuse me.. 2 sausage rolls. 2 rum and cokes. 4lbs still off. But I look like a fat turkey

5th Nov
On the fifth week of weigh in, jumped up and down in Glee.
12 pound down !…… 2 sausage rolls. 2 rum and cokes.12lbs off but I still wobble like a turkey

12th NOV
On the 6th week of weigh in my hubby said to me.
I will buy you a new dress for the party
15 POUND DOWN….2 sausage rolls. 2 rum and cokes. 15bs still off. And not such a fat turkey..


19th Oct
On the seventh week of weigh in . now you can really see. Im getting a flat tummy
New dress for party 20 POUND DOWN….2 sausage rolls. 2 rum and cokes. 20bs still off. And not such a fat turkey..


26th November
On the eighth week of weigh in my my friends all say to me. You’re looking gorgeous, lovelt flat tummy. New dress for party 22 POUND DOWN….2 sausage rolls. 2 rum and cokes. 22lbs still off. And not much fat left on this turkey

31st Nov
Ont the ninth week of weigh in. my counsellor said to me 4 weeks untill Christmas Eve
You’re looking gorgeous, a lovely flat tummy. New dress for party
25 POUND DOWN….2 sausage rolls. 2 rum and cokes. 25lbs still off. And not much fat left on this turkey


3rd Dec
On the tenth week of weigh in. the munchies got to me..a whole box of Roses and several G & Ts.
3 weeks till Christmas, Im looking gorgeous, lovely flat tummy. New dress for party 26 POUND DOWN….2 sausage rolls. 2 rum and cokes. 26lbs still off. And a hangover for this little turkey

10th Dec
On the eleventh week of weigh in the scales show to me a stone and a half is lost off me!
Forget a whole box of Roses and several G & Ts.
4 weeks till Christmas, Im looking gorgeous, lovely flat tummy. New dress for party 2 POUND DOWN….2 sausage rolls. 2 rum and cokes.28lbs still off. going shopping for the mincepies and turkey

On the twelfth week of weigh in Im as happy as can be, Im going to be the Belle of the Works Party!
I don’t want the chocolates
Theres one week till Christmas. Im feeling fabulous, lovely flat tummy, new dress for party. 30 POUNDS DOWN…I have a small sausage roll, 2 diet cokes. Dance all night long and my friends will be so envious of me.
