what sort of dancing do you do? Ive always fancied poledancing for some strange reason, although I've heard you need loads of upper body strength, of which I have none, and even if I did I doubt it would carry 17st haha!
I have Tracy Shaw salsacise on dvd, and although I have to mute when she's speaking (her voice grates on me something terrible!) the music is great and although I fall over myself quite a bit I really enjoy it.
I need to find someone who will go to a class with me, as I get so nervous I dont think I could do it alone!
'Zumba' is the way to go for me! It is a dance class with latino- flavoured music, very energetic and great fun. Have a look: YouTube - zumba with erick

I went to Powerjam on Tues which is a dance wrkout class at my gym. Was a mixture of latin american with a little urban/hiphop dacing and I LOVED it, altho the class leader didnt go thru the moves and expected newcomers to know them even on their first time! Luckily for me I pick up dance moves quickly and already have experience in salsa, rhumba and meringue so it wasnt too hard, but a couple of others really struggled! Was a great workout tho, will def be going back x
