Blog Entries: 5 Rep Power: 100 ![]() | Hi Bethany, I found such an amazing difference that the first 2 stone off made to me and there after as I could do more and more. Stick with it and you too will be finding things so much easier. I had so many things I wanted to change and I have, simple things like getting in and out of the bath with ease to cutting my toe nail and not feeling I was going to burst a blood vessel. Running up and down the stairs is something I now do automatically and I can walk without getting out of breath whereas before getting up to answer the phone sounded to the person on the other end that I just had run a mile The body is very forgiving and the improvements come quick... Keep a diary and track daily how your feeling and within about four months you will have traveled such a distance from where you are now. Love Mini xxx |

Blog Entries: 5 Rep Power: 100 ![]() | Well Bethany, your here now and doing something about it and in a few weeks time you will begin to feel so much fitter if not before. I have a lovely mountain bike that is like brand new...still not that fit now to take it out on the road. So in the mean time I am on an exercise bike in the sitting room and I feel I am getting fitter. Also working away with a thigh exerciser, it is good fun And out walking when it is not too cold. Gillian McKeith would be proud of you for using your bike Love Mini xxx |

Blog Entries: 5 Rep Power: 100 ![]() | Hi Anna, I started off wanting to lose almost ten stone and I think I was being unrealistic aiming for that. Now I would settle for nine stone eventually as this would give me a BMI of 21.6 I have to break the weight up in smaller mini goals as I found looking at it as one big block was too overwhelming and just thinking about it in a way still is. My goal now is to get down to ten stones by the end of April Time is flying...Love Mini xxx |

I don't over do it by any means about five minutes at a go...I was reading that little and often is more beneficial That's what I am telling myself The 'Thigh Toner' is said to tone the inner thighs, outer thighs and buttocks...will let you know if it works. I have mine just a week now and I love it as it is very easy to use and I am using it for my chest as well as upper arms. Here is a link and you can see what it looks like...should of had one years ago. Buy Thigh Toner from Woolworths.co.uk online shop I have light weights as well, but have not got back into them as yet working towards it and have the pilate's bands as well http://www.gaiamdirect.co.uk/content...ID=7566&rCat=1 Now to use them... I have taken down all my measurements so we will see if they work, if they do it will be a lot cheaper than surgery I am big into self-massage and hot stone massage if and when I can afford it. I sit and use it watching television or when I am sitting here at my computer. I have worked up to about 30 minutes through out the day... It is easy to use...I don't do the arm one like the way the girl in this link does it. I just squeeze it in and hold it by the ends... for the chest and upper arms. I do the sitting position with it between my knees or flat on my back and it between my knees. As I get better at it I will get more adventurous...zoom in on the pictures and you will see some of what you can do!
