    Week 23- 3 stone gone!

    Yeha!!!

    Have officially now gone from 15stone 3lbs on 4th Jan, to 12Stone 2lbs today!! 3 Stone 1 pound woo hoo!!

    So here's hoping to be in the 11's for next Sunday!!

    16/2/09 - 31/5/09 (15 wks) - 47.0

    Started refeeding 1/6/09

    8/6/09 Wk1 refeed STS!
    15/6/09 Wk2 refeed -1.2 = 48.2

    The hard work of maintenance started on 15/6/09 I finshed LT and refeed at
    10st 7.6lbs. (Lost 48.2lbs on LT - 71.9lbs altogether since my heaviest)
