4 days in....
Hi guys,
I started diet chef 4 days ago and without exercise I've lost 2lbs! I had to weight myself earlier then I wanted for motivation but so impressed how easy this is!
Thanks for all the info provided on this forum I was confused when I got the pack about extra calories but reading the threads has been a great help!

I've lost a lb, but I've been finding it hard to stick to. The food is nice, but I still have tempation round the house, and often opt for something else. Still 1lb in 5 days is good for me. I'm impressed with your 2lbs in 4 days!
Oh, and in my experience, exercise while on DC never seemed to alter my weight loss even when I was sticking to it 100%.
