Anyone with children doing diet chef?

Hi, I just wondered what you cooked for the rest of your family?
I am doing slimming world from home at the mo and it is really easy to cook family meals. But I just want this weight off (now!) and want to do something much more structered where I don't have to think about food!!!

I was thinking of doing diet chef til I got to a weight I was happy with then use slimming world to maintain/cook healthy family meals going forward.

Any other mums doing diet chef have any advice!!

I cook in batches, and freeze so I can just micro something for them when I do mine.

My son saw me eating popcorn and asked to try one, he replies "i wouldn't mind being on your diet" lol!!

As for lunch and dinners though i've been very lucky and left all of that for my hubby to do, as i wanted nothing to do with their chicken and chips way of eating

I'm cooking for my 5 kids and hubby. Personally I don't have any problems, I cook theirs, serve it up, then microwave mine, adding veg that I've done for them. By the time I get to the table they've finally sat down and we can all eat together. I find it easy really, so long as I resist picking at the chips!
