Oh I know that feeling - that's when I fill up on any liquid available.

You ever tried the Marigold low sodium bouillon? Think it's only 20 cals a cup and is lovely and filling.

In love huh? Sigh! All that heart beating must be burning calories hehe!

Fantastic re the love and the lightness

No kebabs this week, although I did get a brief urge when reading on the BBC about how healthy or unhealthy they can be.

I'm going to be good - really want to hit that 19 stone or less mark.

Thats a great idea!! Mine is Sunday & Monday for 'Fat club'. Hope my body fat has come down. Does that come down in the same way as lbs? or slower?

Ooh not sure. But good question.

From what I've seen on telly, exercise is a good way to reduce percentage fat as, I think, muscles burn fat.

    Get weight training hehe!
