    are these good???

Hi guys, having been on cs for 2 weeks now, seeing results

just wondered, are these avidlite products as tasty as the cs ones? can you have them hot as well etc??
    they seem a lot cheaper??!!

just wondered, i'll prob stay on cs for a bit but it may end up to expensive and i just wondered if i could replace my cs shakes with these eventually

    cheers
    Suz x

    Hi Suz

The avidlite shakes are fab they have fewer carbs and are much cheaper then CS and yes they are definitley as tasty, in fact I like them better they have a slightly thicker texture which makes them feel a bit more substantial I think

I would deffo recommend them x

cool, i'll mayb switch to these after a wee while, gonna wait to taste the new cs shakes first and the snack bars, but if it works out cheaper i'll be jumping ship - as many of you have, hahah
