    Heya Ladies....and Tom

    Got my parcel through today with my first batch of shakes...but noticed on the back you should use Skimmed Milk...

    Can you not use water then? Like with the CS ones?

    Hi first post here

    I have the shakes and have been 'using' them on and off for a few weeks alternating with slimming world - I use soy milk - wouldn't the stats alter as the packet gives the protein, carb values etc with skimmed milk

    I'll try with water tomorrow as I am going to start properly - good to get the encouragement from you all

    I've also been putting extra soy protein and sometimes fruit ( a bit like herbalife) and i'm sure this helps with feeling full so not sure if i'll fill full if i cut out the milk, fruit and the extra protein scoop what do you think

    So everyone that uses water please could you post a typical days menu as I've worked out 2 shakes with water would be about 280 cals 3 x 100 cal snacks ( if you do them) plus a low carb meal of say 400 - 500 cals means just under 1000 per day is that how you do it.

    If on total replacement that would be 3 X 140 = 420 + 3 snacks would total about 720 per day

    Would love some indication how people are doing this as previously I've only been 1/2 hearted doing it hence not good losses as you all have got so would love some help here.
