I can't find any such disclaimer or information on the soup boxes.

Hey there......well it's started......I have had boiled eggs for breakfast...having a shake for lunch (about 1pm).......a snack mid afternoon (about 4pm).....a low carb meal (about 7pm)..then a hot chocolate shake around 10pm.
Normally I wouldn't have it like this but my shakes are at work....and I am not at work until 1pm...but I wanted to start today

It was interesting to read how you were organising your meals throughout the day. My work is a bit erratic and I'm not expecting to work this week, but when I do I usually work nights so have got some thinking to do about how to organise myself. Did everything work out for you as you planned?
Spreadsheet? Spreadsheet? Point me in the right direction.When it comes to my weight I've become a bit of a spreadsheet junkie.
