    I have been dieiting on and off since April as I am suppose to be having a bypass.

    Anyway, I have done Exante last year and was going to do it again, then found the low carb megastore and dieitimeal shakes.

    I was using celebrity slim and eating lots of veg soup up until tuesday and then my shakes and soups were delievered.

    I started yesterday and love the dietimeal (same as avidlite) products.

    I am 7lbs less than last week and loving being back in control of my eating.

    You are doing very well. I look forward to chatting to you along the way.

    I am doing:
    Breakfast shake
    lunch shake or meal replacement bar (sometimes Atkins bar)
    Dinner meal replacement soup

    In between is lots of water and herbal tea (peppermint, oolong and green tea)....lots of visits to the loo lol

    thanks shanny for your reply and fuffs the more the merrier!
    i'm onto day 17 and havent weighed in this morning as i find i'm driving myself insane doing it every day but will weigh in tomorrow.
    i currently have a shake for brekkie between 10-11am, a shake for dinner between 4-5pm and either a cottage pie or spag bol between 8-9pm as i work awkward shifts.
    the cottage pie and spag bol are surprisingly ok when your really hungry :/ you've just gotta know how to make them up, the cottage pie with 175ml of boiling water and 2 mins in the microwave and the spag bol with 150-160mls of boiling water and 2 mins in the microwave.
    i was testing my urine with ketostix i bought over the counter from the chemist but again found myself getting a bit anal about doing this so i figured if i was sticking to the diet i would be in ketosis and ditched them!
    i did actually want to try exante but really don't have £100 spare to buy the multipack and i thought if its not broke don't fix it.
    i am finding though with the colder weather coming i don't know why i'm really craving stodgy warm foods, trying to talk myself out of it is hard :/ going to go and fill myself up on peppermint and green tea aswell.
    anyway i'm rambling

    Sian, I think in this weather it is normal to crave stodgy food. We all have to keep eachother strong. I am sure if we focus on getting the weight down, we will work past the cravings lol

    Because I came straight off Atkins onto meal replacement, I was already in ketosis, so I am feeling quite good by now.
