    hi fellow avidliters!

i know theres not many on the avidlite diet or at least not many who post but i did this a few months back and lost a good couple of stones but i'm back with my tail between my legs after stopping smoking and piling the weight on.
i weighed in today at 12st 1 and at 5 foot tall am in the obese range. in an ideal world i would like to get to 8 stone which is what i was before i had my babies but i'm just gonna keep going until i'm happy with my clothes!
    anyway enough rambling

Well here I am again, 5 foot tall and 12 stone 11 lbs this morning!
I am proud of the fact I am a non smoker now but have turned to food as a comfort so I've stocked up on avidlite shakes and meals and I'm just going to take 1 day at a time.
I refuse to buy a bigger clothes size and last night noticed I have fat calfs so they have got to go!

Hi Sian, I just started Lipotrim (Day 3) and after mooching around online looking for less 'orrible tasting alternatives, discovered Avidlite's dietimeal. Ordered a weeks worth of soups, spag bols, and bars.

Have you tried many of the products? Any recommendations?

I normally just stick with the chocolate shakes and the spaghetti bolognese and cottage pie aren't bad.

    Hi people
My dad, my hero passed away suddenly at the age of 54 so my diet went completely off the rails.
My head is now back in the zone so I'm back on the shakes as of tomorrow.
    Hope I have the determination.

    Diet: Waiting to start Avidlite
    Hi,

I have just ordered 2 weeks and looking forward to starting a VLCD again. I really need to lose weight and I feel like I have been on a diet forever. I hate shakes, so I have bought the MRP bar and soups.

Really hard to find this topic, sure it is in the wrong place.

Anyway good luck everyone, can't "weight" for it to arrive. I am going to boots before work in the morning to see if I can find something to help me in the interim.
