Still here plodding on. Maintaining my weight loss. Sort of doing cruise for 5 days then adding gala meals for two and it's working.
But boy am I really really missing fruit sweet grapes, strawberries, juicy peaches....... I know I can have one piece a day and all. It goes against all I've learnt too fruit never a baddie (confused face)
When I lapse it's always on bloody fruit, I really miss it
Any Dukan substitutes? Any recipes on how to make roast chicken taste of nectarine?? Ha ha
I think I need to accept Dukan works and unfortunately fruit not a big part of the diet but I miss it xxxxx
