11st 0.4lbs...that's what I've gone back up to after my few days off-plan. Not too bad - and definitely rescue-able for weigh-in on Friday.
So today and tomorrow will be PP days to get back into the swing of things.
Food plan for today:
B: yogurt & 1tbs wheatbran & sf jelly crystals
S: tin of mackeral fillets & cottage cheese
L: oatbran porridge
S: 3 slices of ham
D: {whispers....3 small scones fell in my mouth....followed by a bit of chocolate}
