    Trudy I'm suprised.... no hang over at all. Had such a great weekend. But my friends /family leave today so back on total Dukan again. So will drink water going to attempt 3 litres. And a full chicken today and tomorrow then back on 1/1 pattern and fingers crossed no damage done xxx

    Glad to see you've had a brill time - with this diet we know it works so when we do have a few dukan blips in the grand scheme of things it doesnt matter - far better to have a few drinks, lots of other stuff would be far worse (we wont mention them on here). Fab Sid x It has taken me ages to come to terms with my weight loss Im still buying stuff that is too big for me but wonder if I will always do that ........ very strange!

I bought a top last week and put in on to go out yesterday afternoon and my friend asked why had I bought that top in that size as I obviously needed the size smaller.....nice to her but sounds like I'm doing the same as you.Have a good day x

    So glad your evenings have gone well Siddid the dress sounds brilliant and well done to your friend for showing you the old snaps it's only when we see old pictures that we can see how far we've come.

    That and jeans I swear by jeans...because they've not elasticated waist you really notice where you're losing weight from - especially if like me you got to the point where they were so tight you nearly burst out of 'em x

    Lotto I did have my jeans on yesterday bought them last year never wore then, to tight so great to have no muffin top now. But must say that quite worrying as the day wore on and more G&Ts I could feel the bloating.....not nice, the horrible photo I saw of myself in the hammock is now my screensaver....a constant reminder of how far I've come but also have ar I have to go xxx lotto can we have tonic water?

    Oh Sididd, I wish i had no muffin top ! X i can't wait till it is gone for good !
    I got my boyfriend to take a pic of me in my bra & pants - I think we both need counselling now, lol, it was HORRENDOUS !
