Ladies I promise you if anything I'm eating too much. I did say TDM did me breakfast in bed, extra lean bacon 4 rashers & 2 poached eggs & a nice cup of tea - That was plenty even though i wouldn't have choosen the bacon. I half a cow for lunch, I've just had some LF cottage cheese & 2 muffins for my dinner & have decided to save a SF jelly for a snack later. A couple of days ago I had to force myself to eat but since I came through the "flu" I want to eat. I'm looking forward to adding some veggies tomorrow

Well today didn't go to plan ! I was soooooo looking forward to my first day of PV but it's ended up being a PP day, I know I've not eaten or drank enough but hopefuly as I'm back to work in the morning I can get back into my routine.
B 2 muffins & 2 cups of tea
L 4 slices of beef & 2 cups of tea
S FF yoghurt & a muffin
D Chicken breast & 2 cups of tea
No water !!!! & too many cups of tea
Got up late as I stayed up to watch the end of golf ! I hope Dukan isn't making my mind go crazy Me, golf !!!!! It was rather exciting at the end though I have to admit but so glad it's finsihed till the next comp.
My D buddy made the Dukan bread this morning a left me a little square to try,not too bad in my opinion. Obviously not as good as the real thing but a good substitute & something different, That's the key for me, if i get bored with a plan I go off track to easily.
Took a trip to Costco today too, to stock up on some meat never did i ever think i'd be excitied about steak ! We brought loads, I probably spent as much today for meat that will last the month as i did last week in Asda & that's nearly all gone. The trip did me in though, not sure if was walking on concrete floors, the damp weather or both. Came back & had to take myself off to bed after I forced some beef fir lucn down, will have to wait till Wednesday for veg now as I've got a couple of meals planned on my PV days so don't want to mess things up.
Anyway I'm still positive & loving the diet. Not weighed in though, will save it till my offical wi day Friday.

Pants !!!! I've just read that you shouldn't do attack for longer than stated as it could slow weight loss due to the body thinking it's being starved, so should I do an extra PV day or stick to my plan ?
You could do 5/5 if it makes things easier for you this week, then switch to 1/1 later in the week, just have an equal number of pp days to pv days in a month and you'll be fine x
I ended up doing another PP day as I want the next 2 days as PV. I figure if it slows my weightloss down so be it, I'm finding it easy at the moment so I'm here for the long haul.

Have had a hellish day at work & usually I comfort eat but tonight I'd love a glass of wine, won't be having any though.
So we are out tomorrow night, TDM's treat for Easter & me having to endure golf ! My first outing since being on Dukan, I say that as if I've been on it ages like you lot - its only been 8 days
So yesterday was my first outing since being on Dukan & i found it fairly easy. TDM took me out, my choice & we were going to the cinema but he now has a chest infection & because he is a man is dying I chose a harvester as I thought it was a good quick easy choice & if the meat didn't fill me I could have more salad. Didn't need to, I had a chicken breast, 4oz rump steak & TDM gave me a flame grilled chicken strip from his order in return for my jacket potato. I was stuffed, then went home & watched a film of my choice, so I chose a chick flick "The Vow" which was easy going.
B 2 egg omlette with cherry toms, 2 cups of tea
L Roast chicken, 2 cups of tea
D Rump steak, chicken breast, flame grilled chicken piece, salad. Sparkling water
S FF yoghurt & my oatbran

My motivation is quite strong at the moment, there were cream cakes, pork pie & chocolates in the office today. I wasn't tempted by any of it, in fact I wasn't bothered by it at all. even when I was standing talking to someone whilst they were ramming a fresh cream cake down their neck.
I have a weekend away next week with the girls in a log cabin with a outside hottub, I've had my orders what i have to bring & it crisps, pringles & dips. I've said I wont be having any rubbish food & will probably bring a stash of my own. I had the reply " it's one weekend for god sake" Why do people think to have a good time you need to eat rubbish, me eating meat & veg isn't going to make me enjoy it any less. The 8 of us became friends trying to lose weight & we've all lost & gained, thankfully one of the other girls has said she's sticking to her diet as she is working really hard at the moment, even paying for a personal trainer which is mega expensive so I can understand her not wanting to throw her money down the drain.
Thankfully it's Friday tomorrow, even though it's been a 4 days week it's been a blinkin tough one & I've not reached for chocolate to cope !

Good for you jojo your in the right place in your head to succeed. And good for you when your away with the girls just take your own stuff going away together is about good craic good fun....not everyone needs to eat and drink you'll enjoy it anyway x
Just show your mates how dukan motivated and strong you are ........... what difference does it make to them if you choose not to eat rubbish. They will be wishing they had been as strong as you when you've got to TW and you will Jo xxx my friends say I have willpower made of steel - LOL
Dunno about willpower of steel, I just don't want to be this weight anymore. Reading yours Chris & a few others has really inspired me that this time I can get down to a "normal" size.
Anyway I'm a bit disappointed this morning after weekly WI, I've gained half a pound. I know I've just done 2 PV days & I know some of you expericed either a small gain or no loss at all your first week on cruise so it wasn't a complete shock but like I say I'm just a little disppointed but hopefully I'll have a good loss next week before I head off to York for the girlie weekend.
