    Today is my first offical "free" time It was a bit emotional leaving my old team - not the work but the people. I had become very close to some of them but as i said to them "you may have lost me as a manager but you've gained me as a friend" I did shed a few tears & we went & watched Life of Pi the night I finished & I blarted my eyes out. I'm such a softy underneath.

    Have lost my way a little on dukan so today is a restart of getting back on track. A few PP days is the plan - have a wedding to slim for

    We inherited the fish from my old office too, so we've been setting that up & as there were only 4 fish have been out & invested in some more.

    So today's food looks a bit like -

    B Scrambled eggs
    L Cottage cheese & roast chicken
    D Steak & prawns
    S muffins

    It's really starnge, I'm used to hitting the ground running every morning with 101 things running through my head what I've got to get done. I have felt a little lost But I've sorted out my "new" desk today & filled the bin up with stuff going back 10 years - I'm such a hoarder ! I've checked the job news & nowt going so far so not much to do. Got myself on a CV writing course & an interview skills for latter in the week. I think I'm going to get myself on the excel course & maybe Prince. I'm self taught so now I have some time on my hands & the company is paying might as well make the most of it !

    So me & P are all booked up for the meet Who else is booked up ?
