Happy weekend, wee woman!
I decided not to weigh in weekly but monthly, well that's the plan.. I was finding if I didn't see the results I wanted I was more likely to go off track. Well dunno what happened last night but I had a big "share" bag of maltesers !! Yeah yeah I know. I did try & be good by having veg with my S&P chicken but no it wasn't enough & didn't help with TDM saying "you can't have them you're supposed to be on a diet" I've ordered him a mug http://www.totally-funky.co.uk/PROD3470/Surprise-Mug
So back on it today, see that's an improvement normally I would have thought I've ruined it now so carried on

Good on you getting straight back on the wagon Jojo and lots to get sorted out by the looks of it..... That one cheat means nothing if that is all it is, it's keeping that in our mind and not reverting to the all or nothing philosophy!!! The hypnotist guy I saw said it was a good thing to be like that than the other type of person!!!! Can't remember what the traits of the other person was but didn't need to listen as I am defo an all or nothing gal!! Anyway I am rambling, have a great weekend and another good plan to weigh monthly!! x

I have been very good with Dukan & braved the scales but have only lost a measly lb but my jeans are looser so how does that figure then ???

It's a hard life looking for a job you know, I've started my cv twice & closed it again, enrolled myself on some courses & packed ready to let my place out........ Only I'm not supposed to be doing that last bit in work time oh dear
Food the last few days has been very good lots of protein & a trip to Costco to stock up
Will try & catch up on a few diaries x
its a minefield doing a cv these days, no right way to do it but doesnt seem to be a wrong way either, look online for some templates LOL.
