    Monica's Cuba holiday diary.. The Dukan way :)

    Hello everyone im Monica 28 years old I have booked an holiday this morning at Thomas cook to Cuba for 2 weeks in August with 4 friends... so excited so today is the day i take action with my weight.

    Ive been researching diet's and came across Dukan.. I have been and brought the book so reading lots today before i go out shopping.

    I havent weighed since Christmas this morning i weighed 12stone 3 lbs goal weight is 10stone 7 lbs.

    Im all excited about Cuba and also losing the weight and keeping it off for good, hope to post daily.

    [Please can anyone guide me on my menu for tomorrow please?

    Attack day 1 for 5 days

    B- 2 eggs, fat free yogurt

    L- prawn salad?? sf jelly

    D- smoked salmon with oatbran, cottage cheese

    2 litres water

    Shout up anytime you are unsure, the girls are very friendly & helpful.

    Looking at your meal plan everything looks fine apart from prawn salad. You can have the prawns but you'll have to wait to for cruise to introduce salad/veggies.

    The list of foods you can have is in the book... if you dont already have it buy it. also go on the official site and do the questionaire which will then tell you what legnth of time you have to do each stage & your true weight... the diet isnt a quick fix and shouldnt be used as one
    Hit target on 27th may 2012 total weight loss of 76lbs and a wee bit
    lost 4lbs on first week of a graduall conso (veg & fruit daily)
