    Well I had steak with extra salad for dinner, and about 10 Long Island ice teas with diet coke,rather than full sugar. But I am definitely hammered as I remember discussing fishing quotas on the train home with strangers?....?....? Don't ask! Really enjoyed our girly night, good food, good company and copious amounts of cocktails. One chocolate biscuit when I got in....but I think It could have been a whole lot worse and would've been in the past. So I have had a lovely time with my ladies and if I put on weight, I put on weight good friends are worth it x

    I weighed 10st 3 today but pretty sure it was down to dehydration, but it was still nice to see a lower number on the scale, but hey ho. Anyway confession time I felt so hungover this morning I couldn't eat but I did follow P's advice and keep my fluids up, unfortunately that was not all. For lunch I went to Morrison's and had a dirty great breakfast, mainly because I couldn't face cooking, so I need absolution for my sins which include 2 hash browns and half a slice of fried bread. In my defence I now feel sooooo much better than I did, almost human again. Anyway I will be straight back on it this evening with a turkey omelette for dinner and some muffins later on. I have no plans to drink that much ever again.....honest

    Pretty much Collette, I added a pinch of five spice as well. I've only tried it with cooked prawns cos that's all I had, but it was still tasty, I am going to give it a go with raw prawns just to see if it improves it or not. Also pre dukan salt and pepper king prawns were one of my favourite starters from the local Chinese. x

    The prawns were much quicker to cook than the chicken but because I used pre cooked ones they little bit chewy and slightly overdone, but still really tasty. But as I said I am going to experiment with starting with raw prawns and I might finish them in the oven as I do this sometimes with the chicken and it makes the coating go really crispy so it seems naughtier. As for my ice teas escapade I am in no hurry to repeat it a day and a half hangover is too long, but I am afraid I am a bit all or nothing when it comes to drinking cocktails, and they were 2for1, so it would have been rude not to LOL
