    Oh sididd hopefully the blood tests will provide you and hubby with some answers, and it's something simple and not altzheimers (I can't spell either) My OH has been tested for absolutely everything and each time we go to clinic it could be something different, even more difficult to definitively diagnose and usually something we've never heard of and have to go home and google and end up worrying ourselves to death until the next appointment. I hope your hubby is ok, it is such a worry when they are unwell. I will keep my fingers crossed for you both x

    Thanks girls, I feel a bit calmer and a bit less stressed this morning, amazing what a bit of sleep can do. I've decided staying positive is the only way forward. I hope you both have a good dukan weekend.

    Food for today 26th Jan PP (I think yesterday was supposed to be PP but I didn't quite manage it, unless McVities gold biscuits have suddenly been added to Dr Dukans list of allowed foods? No? didn't think so!)

    Anyway moving onwards and hopefully slimwards PP today,

    B Turkey bacon and 2 dry fried eggs, yum
    L Turkey Koftas with sweet chilli sauce
    D Roast Chicken the whole thing if I can keep my teenage son away from it.

    Well food hasn't gone as planned but I have stayed on track. I just haven't had time for any lunch or to cook Anything properly for dinner as I had to go and look after my mum who is a bit poorly, so my dad could go out. Only just got back so today's revised menu now looks like this.

    B turkey rashers and dry fried eggs
    L nothing
    D cottage cheese and peppered salmon (pre packed but I am flippin starving)

    So I will be having my turkey koftas and roast chicken tomorrow.

    Sometimes we have to rely on pre-packed foods life does get in the way of our diet sometimes and it could have been a lot worse. As for the bicky step away from the tin.............They are evil little b*****rs have a muffin instead lol xxx Have a good Dukan Sunday...

    B Coconut muffins
    L Turkey mince chilli with eggs
    D Roast chicken with bns and swede wedges

    Lots of cups of tea and 3 hot waters with lemon zest

    I have made a turkey mince flan for tomorrow, does anyone know if I can reheat this or not? Food today has been good I have stayed on plan I might have some rhubarb later if I get peckish. My blood sugars have been perfect too, so sididd I have stayed away from the biscuits. Lol x

    D: chicken and maybe shiritaki noodles with ginger and spring onion

    3 coffees, lots of tea and 2 glasses of water.

    Uneventful day, sat with the girls at lunch time who were all eating chocolate and I was not bothered or tempted at all. I just enjoyed my mince flan.
