    5-day attack!

    Hi everyone

    Long story short after many difficult weeks on slimming world, I'm kick starting my eating plan again by doing 5 days of Dukan attack and then moving into the slimming world red/original plan which has restricted carbs and mostly protein.

    I'm doing this as I cannot stick to Dukan long term but find it boosts my initial weight loss and motivation to continue.

    Day 1 Attack

    Breakfast:
    250g fat free Greek yogurt with sweetener
    2 servings sugar free jelly
    1 coffee with skimmed milk & sweetener

    Lunch:
    2 boiled eggs
    Small portion of skinless shredded chicken
    1 tin tuna in spring water with tikka spice
    1 can diet coke

    Dinner:
    3 chicken skewers (1 breast per skewer)
    1 egg (white only)
    2 cans diet coke

    Snacks:
    7 crab sticks
    2 glasses sugar free diluting juice

    Day 2 Attack

    Breakfast:
    250g fat free Greek yogurt with sweetener
    1 portion sugar free jelly
    1 coffee with skimmed milk & sweetener

    Lunch:
    1 tin tuna in spring water
    2 hard boiled eggs (1 yolk)
    5 thin slices turkey breast
    2 cans diet coke

    Dinner:
    1 baked salmon fillet
    1 baked chicken breast
    1 glass diet coke

    Snacks:
    8 crab sticks
    2 Coffees with sweetener
    2 portions sugar free jelly

    Day 3 Attack

    Breakfast:
    200g quark
    1 portion sf jelly
    Coffee with skimmed milk&sweetener

    Lunch:
    2 hard boiled eggs (1 yolk)
    Tin of tuna in spring water
    1 small portion of Italian chicken pieces
    Diet coke

    Dinner:
    1 large chicken breast baked with spices
    8 crab sticks
    Diet coke

    Snacks:
    Sf jelly
    Sf diluting juice

    I think you need to up your pure protein - particularly at breakfast. Also where's your oat bran?

    Oh oops! didn't realise you had to have pure protein every meal, I was just going by the free foods list in the Dukan book.

    I haven't been having my oat bran as my local supermarket has been out of stock all week. Will this impact on my weight loss?

    Tomorrow is my last day of attack and haven't weighed myself yet. I'm then thinking of moving onto slimming world red plan as I find it more manageable long term. I was using Dukan attack as a kick start
