ChrisR Consolidation journey = 280 days

Well ........... here I am 3 weeks in consolidation and this morning I had lost a little 1 ............. so far loving it but still got to get my head around conso a bit more. Cruise had become part of my everyday life so for now me and conso are taking it very very slow.

So another diary to record my ups and downs and menus for the next 40 weeks.

Dukan truly works ............. if you stick with it you have a fantastic weight loss, your head gets sorted and you get some lovely minimin friends too :D

Well I was the first to post on Ellie's conso diary - now on yours too!!! Sooooo proud of you Chris and fantastic that you lost another 1 lb this week........ Can't wait to join you both - might take me a while but I won't flounder - if I need to do it sooner then I will - for this week cruising is fine!!! LOL! Hope you have a lovely weekend and soooooo happy that you got a lovely outfit for the wedding - PLEASE post pics of you in size 12 - I repeat - size 12 outfit!!! LOL! xxx

Well, even if you are being cautious with Conso it's clearly working for you as you are maintaning/going down a wee bit! Must be lovely doing Conso in this gorgeous weather, be very very proud of what you have already achieved and enjoy where you are at :). And, definitely, wedding outfit pic would be great :)

im hoping hubby gets up soon and will take me to B&Q for some pots and plants to put on the driveway as its lacking colour LOL

Lovely bbq last night with MrR and my kiddies + 1 BF shame my garden looks like a building site ........... repeating meal tonight except it wont be a gala for me - Enjoyed it especially the houmus - thinking I might introduce something new this week but not sure what it will be yet.

muffins, ham omelette & salad, chicken & salmon done on the BBQ with salad :)

Hiya Ellie some ironing :( now, digging a few holes for new fencing (MrR really - im just making him many cups of tea) watching the Monaco F1 GP & another BBQ tonight. Loads of jobs to do but making the most of this gorgeous weather sitting in the building site later :)

My daughter has been to Monte Carlo and her photos are stunning, view over the harbour etc ...... perhaps one day .............

i was there when i was 13 and remember how beautiful it was .... cant wait to sit on the roof terrace overlooking the harbour and sip and a nice cold glass of wine

Love the BBQ weather we have been having - hope the garden slightly less like a building site now! Sounds like it was a nice gala meal last night and BBQ without the extras will probably be just as nice to be honest!!!! Hope you have a good week this week ready for the Jubilee Bank Holiday. xxx
