    Current BMI: 23

    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 4st13lb
    Weight to Lose: -0st7lb
    % Lost 33.33%
    So I did my measurements today and i've lost an inch from my waist and hips from last month and four from my chest :O , but im happy with that plus i bought a dress two days ago ready for when i go away in the summer it was in the sale from last year a bodycon flowery print one from missguided i bought it in a size 8 so i could fit into it for when i reach goal and tone up but it fits me now :O I was beyond shocked!!!

    aww thank you Munchkin I don't feel it though aha, lately everyones been telling me to stop and that i'm iny now and i'm going too far and i know theyre being nice but its just messing my head up a bit because i know i'm not going too far im a size 10 and 10st 4 not too small i have a gal i want to reach and i can't wait to go on conso then but whe people say things like that to me it confuses me so much haha :/

    You look ab fab as you are dont let anyone play with your motivation. The only advise I would give is set your tw at an achievable, sustainable weight. I would love to be smaller but think that I would struggle to stay there. Your the best judge of you and you decide xxx
