    Sara's 198 days of Conso!

    So I finally made it to TW. It took me 189 days, and Dr Dukan now prescribes 198 days of Conso so strictly speaking I'm not even half-way there, although I must admit I'm feeling mighty chuffed with myself right now! Puts it into perspective, though, and as I know I wouldn't have lost the weight without my MiniMins friends I realise it's going to be just as important to keep posting and reading you all now - you haven't got rid of me yet!

    Ate my first apple earlier - worth the wait! Keep going, me old muckers xx
