Attack Doing Dukan Again...

I'm new to this site, hubby and I did Dukan last year, but never did consolidation, I lost 3 stone in 3 months and have put a stone back on, anyone else done Dukan before, gone off the rails and fancy a fresh start with me to get motivated? xx
